Do we REALLY need Richards?

Do we really need Brad Richards?

Yeah. We do. But we shouldn’t. Or should we? I don’t know.

Yes. We can sign him and he’ll be the center that we need to set Gabroik up and take control of the power play. He would be what the Rangers need. But…

I’d like to mention these two players. Scott Gomez and Chris Drury. The last two big centers we signed did nothing for us. Crapola! If we can buy out Drury’s contract (which is only a matter of time in my head) then we might have the room for Richards. Also the more I write this. The more I lean in the yes direction. I just don’t want to throw tons of money at nothing.

Does anyone else find this ironic?
